A properly manufactured tube can be evaluated with the eye, but the true measure of quality is found in its quantitative measurements and adherence to specifications. At Tech Tube, we are devoted to your project, and whether your job must adhere to one spec or five, we will ensure that each small detail is taken into account. Below is an overview of our manufacturing standards. If the below standards don’t match what you’re looking for, don’t worry, we can easily produce to your individual requirements.
1. Custom tolerances are available upon request.
SPS Data (Cp, Cpk, s, etc.) and # of samples per lot can be tested/reported upon customer request.
Condition Tempers: Standard tempers are annealed, 1/4, 1/2, and full hard. Custom tempers are available upon request.
% Concentricity can be calculated by request using the following formula: 2x ((Max wall – min wall)(Max wall + Min wall)) x 100.
